Distribution Transformers

Estimated Lead Time:
 

  • ANCE-certified standard configurations can be manufactured in approximately 3–4 weeks.
     

  • IEEE and NEMA-compliant configurations are generally available from approximately 14–18 weeks, depending on voltage, capacity, impedance, accessories and utility-specific requirements.
     

Accelerated schedules may be available for selected configurations and confirmed inventory.

  • ANCE-certified transformers from 5 kVA to 5,000 kVA

  • IEEE/NEMA pad-mounted transformers up to 10,000 kVA

  • Primary voltage classes up to 46 kV

Standard and selected project configurations are evaluated individually according to capacity and voltage class.
 

Large and customized high-voltage power transformers typically require approximately 7–10 months (Up to 180 MVA), with delivered schedules commonly ranging from 10-36 months (Up to 1000 MVA), depending on engineering, testing, transportation and final destination.
 

Technical Capabilities:
 

  • Power transformers up to 1,000 MVA

  • Voltage classes up to 750 kV

  • Custom step-up and step-down configurations

  • Mineral-oil and ester-fluid options

  • Integrated or split radiator arrangements

  • Customized cooling, insulation and tap-changing systems
